Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HAUS LABS products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
